Caitriona has knowledge and experience of recruiting in the Light Industrial Sector, and all Generalist Roles. Caitriona is a strong Sales Professional with excellent working relationships within in NI Industry through the development of recruitment partnerships, service capability and delivery (especially within a fast paced setting) 

Caitriona strategically delivered the onboarding of 250 Customer Service Specialists within a 3 month turnaround time ultimately delivering to public sector bodies managing the DOH COVID Passports Project. This was delivered on time and to an extremely high standard during a very difficult period in time, the Covid 19 Pandemic. Caitriona overseen the daily management of the 250 staff including payroll, onboarding processes, background checks and scaling up and down in a very professional manner.
