Receptionist

Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary part-time basis, covering the Lisburn area, with a starting salary of £12.59 per hour

Responsibilities:

With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:

·        Managing customer enquiries both face to face and via phone calls

·        Taking payments for bookings and memberships

·        Key holding duties, ensuring the building is opened and closed

·        Cash handling duties for sales, cashing up the till at the end of the day

·        Managing email inboxes and booking systems

Requirements:

·        Minimum 4 GCSE’s to include English and maths

·        Previous face to face reception experience is essential

·        Available to work weekdays and weekends
