Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Priority Waste Driver on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Belfast area, with a starting salary of £13.24 per hour
Working hours: Sunday – Thursday: 7.30am – 3.30pm
Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
- Remove and transport priority waste to the designated transfer or disposal site. This work also entails, as required, segregation of waste to specified areas or locations.
- Carry out priority cleansing duties that will enhance the appearance of the public realm such as street cleansing, land clearance, street washing, cleansing of street furniture, gum removal, graffiti removal, and fly poster removal/obliteration.
- Drive all appropriate vehicles and trailers and prioritise daily work schedules to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks.
- Carry out general waste collection, recycling and street cleansing duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Possess a Category C1 Driving Licence
- Have a Driver CPC card
- At least 6 months experience driving in a commercial environment
