Operations Technician

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a Operations Technician in a hospitality and catering environment on a Temporary Full-time basis covering the Newry area

The role:

With a full job specification available on request, you will:

·        Source new catering equipment as required

·        Assist in the delivery of training with new equipment

·        Complete regular inventory checks and update databases accordingly

·        Administer and maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) activity

·        Administer and maintain risk assessment activity

Requirements:

·        A minimum of 1 years experience of administration and customer service in a busy/modern office within the last 5 years

·        A level 3 qualification in any discipline

·        GCSE or equivalent in English and Math

·        A NVQ or higher qualifications in Professional Cookery and ICT would be advantageous

·        A full driving license and access to transport is essential as this role will involve travelling to other sites
