Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor/ Foreman on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Belfast area, with prospects of a permanent contract and a competitive starting salary
Offering a wide range of environmental services and advice, our client is undertaking work on multiple new projects across the greater Belfast area and ROI.
Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
- Provide technical expertise to clients on a range of environmental topics, such as the handling of contamination, stabilising soil or navigating regulations
- Plan excavations, stockpiling etc.
- Managing earthworks personnel, including managing activities and ensuring projects are progressing accordingly
- Liaising with contractor representatives on site
- Ensuring all work’s are carried out following health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing earthworks projects
- Previous experience managing staff and contractors
- Valid driving licence and access to a car to meet the needs of the job
- CSR card is essential, preferably a Supervisor Card
- Strong communication and organisational skills will be essential for this role
