Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with an emphasis on heating services on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Antrim area, with a starting salary of £16.63 per hour
Offering a wide range of social housing related services, our client has an ambitious 3 year plan for investment in the economy through social housing, construction and employment opportunities.
The Heating Project Manager will managed a planned response section of a major heating contract and manage/co-ordinate the regions response heating inspectorate team.

Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
· Ensure the response heating service is delivered in accordance with policies and procedures
· Agree annual, monthly and weekly programs including budgets. Oversee the administration of these programs in conjunction with staff and contractors
· Update and maintain lists of contractors staff and operatives
· Authorise works instructions, including approving variations in timescales and cost
· Collate and report monthly performance monitoring statistics detailing performance, quality and cost data.
Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree in a relevant Mechanical and Electrical discipline
· A minimum of 2 years experience
· Gas Safe CCN1 and Oftec 101, 105 & 600 qualifications are desirable
