Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for Customer Services Representatives for our client based in the Boucher road area in Belfast.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Care Team provide invaluable support to the sales team in Ireland in the areas of order capture and query management. The role of the Customer Care Agent involves proactively calling our customers, maximising selling opportunities of the brands to maintaining and further develop our market sales share. The Candidate will also answer Inbound Calls and resolve emailed queries from both our Internal and external customers queries logging them as access on the system.

Experience required

Candidates should ideally have customer service/outbound experience within a office environment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Good standard of education.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9-5pm 1 hours lunch (35 hours per week)

Our client are hiring 2 posts 1 Maternity cover until January 2026 and a 1 year post.

Hourly rate of pay: £11.55 per hour.
